Now, I'm totally against the Tagpad.

I've just seen a totally rude word on there, I don't know who put it on there, but It's not very nice. I'm going to take a screen shot of it as evidence, and am going to send it to Madlena...

It's worse than ever before now, and if we were to keep it, couldn't we have some way of showing people's names after their Tag?

That sounds like a good idea. I never actually use it anway, but I guess some people wouldn't want it to disappear completely.

The Tagpad has been disabled. I'm sick and tired of people posting stupid stuff on there. Until there is a way to track who wrote what, the TagPad will stay gone.

The word was (of course, I won't write it!): W*****.
It was the boldest one there, too. My eyes were drawn to it quickly. Just what the offender wanted, I bet.

Well, it's a good way of making the culprit turn up.

My teacher once did that when he found a horrible discriminating note on the floor, containing swearing about somebody in the class. He made us stay in for all of lunchtime, until sombody raised their hand and owned up. He had a vague idea who it was and wasn't, so everybody couldn't have just said 'it was me' to let everybody back to lunch. In the end, he had to talk to some of the pupils who he thought were suspicious and acted strange about it. In the end, tht person wasn't allowed to go on the best school trip of the year, and have a fantastic time.

It's not a word that a lot of Americans know. The Germans have a word just like it.

I think the American language is pretty good. It makes more sense than English. I mean, why the heck do we spell colour with a 'u'?

And there's a lot less dirty words. People are quite selfish around where I am. Apparently, in Sweden, a child will either bow or curtsey to anybody older than them in the street. Of course, their streets are probably A LOT less busy than ours, but you get the idea. I think it may be because of tax, and how tough it is at the moment with interest, phone bills and all of that. And that's why there's lots of emigration.

When ever I go to Cyprus, I feel that the waiters are being rude, because they kiss me on the cheek. But really, it's just how they've been brought up and it's polite.

Well, that's my rant on England being selfish and rude. It's what we are. We all feel like business entrepreneurs. If there's a 'tip' dish anywhere, it's always half empty, and the majority are all the copper coins.

And then Gordon Brown starts ranting on it, and everybody's like: "Well if you cut us some slack, we might be able to be less selfish!"

He he. Anyways. It's kinda related to the topic...

Every culture has their issues! Germans are considered rude because they just want to get to the point. At work when they need something they don't go "Hi Susan! How are you today? How are the children? I need folder XYZ, do you happen to have it?....Thank you! Have a wonderful day!" Germans just go "I need folder XYZ!" Then we have Americans who need to have everything supersized. The Japanese don't treat you like family EVER if you are not PURE Japanese.
So you see CC, there are plenty of cultural differences. My sister told me yesterday that she read this article on the difference of Europeans and Americans using toilet paper. The Europeans fold it nice and neatly, whereas the Americans just wad it up. ROFL. I laughed so hard because it's totally true.
