Hex codes or text to Item codes are codes that when you type the 4 digit code it will give you the item forexample press 0017 and hit select+start at the same time to give you the purple roses. each items has an assigned code. this means instead of loading the game dumping your items going back and doing it over and over you can save time type the hex code and when you want a new one you can just type a new one in
