I'm feeling a bit better, I still keep on retching, but haven't actually vomited yet. So that's a good thing, I think.
Temperature's gone back to the norm, but the temperature outside is so cold I think I might go get a hot water bottle.
Eating more now, so I'm not feeling so tired.
