When Gracie comes you have to dress to her likings. answer her beuty Q's correctly ( the way she thinks) and she should award you the beuty badge. (I'm not 100% sure if it works though 'cause I'm having trouble getting it to.)

The badge is just a letter and the only time you get a shirt with it is the first time you meet her I believe.
To get a full make over, you have to bug her (tap her) at least three times (it might be four) and she'll finally take your money and give you a makeover.
