I realised a few weeks ago that you need a goldren shovel to make money trees. I always knew about money trees but they never worked. I figured this out when a Squirrl called Mint told me about them, and i thought id give them another shot and then a little plant popped up after I planted a 100 bells. With in a few days the plant was full grown but looked the same as the other trees.
Whats so special about a money tree?
With you guys could post back and let me anything about money trees that would be great.

I think you need to bury like 50,000 bells the more you plant the better your chance!
okay, for every 1,000 belss you plant, your chance of having a full grown money ree with money on it increase by 1%, so it is best to plant at least 30,000 bells and test your luck. now take into consideration that every 1,000 bells increases your chance, so if your chance starts as 0, 100-900 bells will do nothing but make regular trees

Whoa, I wasn't aware of the percentage thing (not doubting it, just altering my strategy if so).
So with 30k bells there's a 1 in 3 (basically) chance of making 3x your money? Isn't that even money over time?
