Anyone as excited as I am for the Acorn Festival that starts tomorrow?
If so, what are you doing to prepare?
Right now, I'm in the process of replacing all my fruit trees with non-fruit, non-cedar trees. I shall be swimming in acorns (then the Mush series), hopefully.
Also, you can use this thread to update us on your acorn count and mush series items.

I'm actually not that happy for it. I mean I'm happy for the mushroom series. But I HATE acorns. They ruin my town and get in my way. LOL. And I also hate that the thing pops up whenever you go on the game.. Ergh. Lol.
But in a way I'm excited! ^_^

I think I'm more excited simply because I love festivals. I hope they have more in the Wii version.

How long does the festival last for? (i dont know cus i stop playing long time ago, started again last week)
From tomorrow (Oct. 6th) until the 13th.

How often do the acorns come back in a day? Since I collected them all from around my little village I dont know what else to do. I need 8 more for another piece of the mush series but do I have to wait until tomorrow before I carry on?

I'm extremely glad I spent the time replacing all my trees with non-fruit, non-cedar trees.
I had the whole series in my old town. It took determenation, (Getting 6 or so from my sister.) and hard work.
I love the acorn festival, the only problem is my town is covered in weeds because my town got restarted.
The furniture I have though is:
Mush end table
Mush stool
Mush lamp.
I keep picking up rotten acorns though and giving them to Cornimer and then he gets really mad and doesn't give me any furnitur in return.
