Over two years ago a guy called sunmarsh from ACC started work on a guide for Animal Crossing: Wild World. He spent countless hours working to make this guide a complete and knowledgeable wealth of information. The guide currently stands at more than 270 pages, and over 60,000 words. While the guide arrives a little late to be of good use, as the next game in the Animal Crossing series is just around the corner, I hope that there is still time left for it to be helpful to those who need it.
Inside the guide you will find information on the following topics:
- FAQs, tips, information on the seasons, changes in weather, item lists with pictures and checklists, bug checklists and pictures including detailed instructions & tips on catching every bug in the game, fish times and checklists, information on special visitors and events, event calendar for 2008, guide to connecting to WiFi, WiFi Manners, games to play while WiFi-ing with friends, tips on protecting one's town, information on house and Nook's shop upgrades, sample house layouts, a hybrid guide with diagrams & pictures as well as an introduction to a new "theory" on hybrid production, information on trees, the stalk market, acquiring the golden tools, a perfect town guide, a detailed guide and flow chart of the trading sequence in AC:WW, a list of the dates for the character episodes for the next three years, a guide to haircuts with pictures, pictures and info on all fossils and gyroids, a guide to pattern-making including some sample patterns, and finally a guide to obtaining villager pictures.
There are some things which he did not get around to completing and a list and description of these sections is included at the end of the guide. As of now this is version 1.0.
You can download the file from mediafire.com here or it can be downloaded as a zipped file from here. The zipped file being slightly smaller. Both files are in PDF format, so a PDF reader will be required to open them.
