One time ages ago Cube moved out of my town...but a few weeks later he moved back in and he remembered me.
This has happened before with a few other characters too...like with Barbara. But anyone know if there's a deliberate way on how to get people to go back to your town after they moved?
no there is no way, it's completely random

Its completly random who moves into your town.
I've had it happen before..with Pango, who I absolutely despise..
They can move back in. Sometimes it's the people who you wi-fi with. If you have Bones moving, for example, and you wi-fied, Bones will move over to that town. Then if Bones is moving away from that town and you wi-fi again, he will come back.
I've had Aurora in my town three times. I used to like her, she's just got annoying now. And Eloise... they both remembered me.
Yes they can and you don't have to use Wi-Fi my friend had static in her town then he moved to my town then he moved back to her town! i miss static
yes they can. Static moved out of my town then moved into my friends town. But then my friend let him move out and he came back to my time
