Does Pascal come in every town because i got the game in december 07 (for xmas) and i've gone on it every day but he still hasn't come.
please help
He does, yes. Have you looked at the shore? He comes at certain times only, and I've only seen him three times. He comes around about mid-day, once a week on any day.

i saw him two times in one day when i used my other Character
Pascal goes to every town. He comes on a random day between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
